We are neighbors serving neighbors. Fraternal Order of Eagles #4190 (FOE 4190) unites people of good will to lift up our community through direct assistance, charitable grants, and hands-on service. Guided by the Eagles’ motto—People Helping People—we invest in youth, support veterans and first responders, stand with families in crisis, and strengthen the social fabric of Warren County and surrounding areas.
FOE 4190 is a local Aerie (chapter) of the Fraternal Order of Eagles, a historic service organization founded on friendship, charity, and liberty. We’re your friends, coworkers, and neighbors who believe the most powerful changes start on our own street.

No—everyone is welcome. Many of our events are powered by volunteers from across the community.
